If there was one Lady Gaga song that you could listen to and experience for the first time again, what would it be a why?

For me it would be Bad Romance. I was already a Gaga fan at this point following her VMA 2009 performance of Paparazzi, and I remember hearing the song and thinking she was taking it to the next level. It was so different to anything else I had heard before but you just knew it was going to be a monster hit given her dominance at the time. Then the music video came out and it took it to an even higher level. I must've watched the music video 100 times in the space of a month. Such an incredible experience that I would love to relive again.

Bad Romance is up there for me, but I'd honestly say MTN (would love to hear all of BTW again for the first time tbh)

Rain On Me

When I first listen to this song, I was really dancing and screaming.

It's close to midnight and something evil's lurkin' in the dark. ○●

Bad Romance for sure! When I first heard it and watched the video I was completely blown away. I remember exactly where I sat - it was in Spain in my room and I was sittting on the corner of my bed on the left side and when I heard "rah rah rah" I was like:

Perfect Illusion. I know it's not loved by many but I love its sound and what it means to me. I want an entire album of songs just like it. Joanne was great but PI was an odd one out on that one. Here's hoping LG7 is more rock than any of her albums.

Scheiße - I was obsessed with the mugler remix and listened to that a lot but the first time I listened to Born This Way the album and Scheiße was next, I couldn't believe how good it was. So clean, so fast, such a perfect pop song.

Bad Romance - I remember listening to the demo when it leaked and thinking it was super catchy but wish I'd have waited for the official version, it's so much better. Gaga knew it leaked and she said it hurt her ears and she was right. Listening to a finished song is so much better.

The Edge of Glory - Listening to this for the first time was such an epic experience. I never thought a promo single would be THAT good, what a climax. It also reminds me of that tweet by Stephen G. Hill revealing the name of it so was curious to know what it'd sound like. “And the Lady GaGa...aural energy that had my speakers gasping for water afterwards. The joint "Edge of Glory"...phenomenal!”

Scheiße was truly iconic, I remember after listening to the DJWS House remix for months the final version was so climatic. I screamed.

For me, listening to Stupid Love when it first leaked was so fun and euphoric. I was in my car after just getting home and my friend and I found it on Twitter and we were both screaming non-stop. It was Gaga's return to pop and the song is so BIG. Huge house drums, catchy hooks, and her vocals are stunning. It was like Born This Way 2.0 and I was SO happy she was back. It was also a pinnacle time for me, as I was just getting over probably the darkest year of my life, so I definitely synced with it more than others did.

I think Edge of Glory is the one that got me to admit I was a fan and start really following her after I'd kind of denied it for so long. So maybe that one.

But then, I remember totally losing my mind when Applause leaked!

Would you love me if I ruled the world?

I have to choose BTW (album). Too hard to pick just one. I was 9 years old when the album was released so I didn't fully understand what it really meant.

BTW is my favorite album ever. I grew up listening to it :messga: I always go back to it when I feel horrible about myself.

Drop it
