Someone pointed out her saying “see you in Babylon” at the tour and the ball being a summer tour. Would make sense if she did record it that it would come out next summer

I dont think the tour recording will wait until next summer to be released. If anything "see you in Babylon" is more of a reference to the Vegas relaunch, and even that is probably a bit of a reach.
