There is a lot more to Hung Up than a pitched up synth line. There's an original beat, an original bass part, an original synth part under the sample, and a lot of other new production around the synth. This mashup uses Hung Up's beat, Hung Up's bass, and all of the other original work Stuart Price did in the studio. The only thing from it that is ABBA's is the main synth line. If they'd have used ABBA's original song and just called it Hung Up, I'd agree, but they didn't. This is pulled directly from Hung Up, which for all of the reasons I named above, is hers. 

Again, the presence of a sample does not make the original production work done around a sample null and void.
