He is so talented. What could have been if he didn’t put a ceiling over himself.

That's a cute euphemism for beating up his girlfriend :vegas:

Yet they are tributing a person that is well known to have been a child abuser.

Falsely accused :huntyga:

OT: Idk who decided Chris is the definitive MJ tributor anyway. They should have Miles Frost and the cast of MJ The Musical do the Thriller segment from the show :flutter:

I'm just like 🧍‍♂️

Je still is a staple sadly. Chris brown still has a huge following and has been influential for many years.

He is sooo talented but good for AMAs, we should not prop up abusers.

I disagree...

Good on them would be to not invite him to do it in the first place if cancelling someone with a problematic past was what they had in mind or if they decided this is something they would have an issue with

Asking someone to do it then taking it back after they already put work into it if it was a matter of changing their mind I think is just messy and inconsiderate at that point.

That's assuming of course the cancellation has anything to do with that, based on current info we don't know and it could be for another reason for all we know

Sir, show me the evidence?? ‘Evidence’ that wasn’t provided by people who admitted to lying or exaggerating for $$$?? Or people who had financial or personal reasons to dislike him?? Nvm, lemme provide it for you:

Also THIS. What has changed since then? Also, it’s the AMAs, there’s already so little buzz and attention to it anymore was anyone really scrutinizing that decision already?

It’s the right call. The only way it could have been more problematic was if it was produced by Harvey Weinstein and starring Kevin Spacey

We should show people the examples of remorse and repentance, that it's worth it to work on yourself even after you fail as a human being.
