I was at this show and totally remember during the quiet parts everyone would be like “wtf that’s a drone up there” and everyone was looking. The stage was really nothing spectacular. This ^ For a show that had been postponed for 2 years, it felt extremely rushed and thrown together. I absolutely believe the rumors that she scrapped the design a few months before the tour and redid it. It was a rehashed BTWB with TMB elements, a set that didn’t make sense for the album, TWO catwalks that were completely ignored, a piano that looked like roots on a barren B stage, almost no merch except shirts and maybe 100 or so hoodies per show because no one seemed to be able to get one, as well as shirts popping up at later shows with a design that didn’t match the show we ended up getting at all. She wore slacks most of the time and never changed her wig. Where was the Gaga? I guess we got pyro instead of a better stage though, which was fantastic in the summer heat.
