It's pretty ridiculous how hard it is to get medical marihuana right now for chronic pain conditions, I hope it'll really happen.

You do you, I just think drugs are extremely harmful to the person and society. The war on drugs was not enough.

Why not?

Illegal drugs - addiction and abuse is an issue as well as criminal sales, violence, and imprisonment for addicts. Cartels, gangs, and individuals use drugs and drug money to run underground markets.

Legal drugs - addiction and abuse is an issue

It's kind of common sense :laughga: remove the criminal element and you remove a lot of the danger and addicts can actually get help rather than find themselves in a cell somewhere.

Daily reminder that the CIA under the Nixon & Reagan administrations flooded low-income inner-city America (which at the time was predominantly inhabited by black people) with crack cocaine in the 1980s, so that they could incarcerate as many Black people as possible on drug charges to take away their voting rights. Which turn guarantees Republican majorities in federal and state elections to this day. The war on drugs was a sham and did more damage to the American society than it good.

Go on, tell us how you were sarcastic again. :emma:
