She's right but also she's been fooling around for a while and that's why she's been the butt of the joke recently.

She's a legend and has the best catalogue of any female recording artist EVER and that's without being a celebrated vocalist. How I'd wish she would dominate the industry again.

No female artist with world-wide recognition was brave enough to "get naked" in the beginning of the 90's and bring sex into mainstream when the world was a puritan mess in the hold of AIDS craze. Give the woman her credit. Madonna was a prophet for her generation.

Cher who's been doing this since TV were black and white, where women don't even think wearing revealing and provocative clothing is a good idea, let alone on national TV, is laughing on her throne right now reading this. And yet she doesn't feel owed that she is paving the way. Perhaps that's the difference for when you feel secured in your career, and not.
