Might be coincidental more likely than not. HYBE usually doesn’t do things rushed or unplanned, so they probably had it waiting and ready for a while.

No just a single. It would be a really huge deal if he was dropping a full solo project. Kpop artists doing solo work while still part of a group will often drop singles sporadically rather than drop a full solo album
