I love the design. But there were two things blocking my chance of seeing Gaga's face with my own eyes. The crowd and this goddamn piano.

Such a great piano...but also still genuinely think it was leftover from an earlier version of the tour. It doesn't match the concrete prison theme of literally everything else on the tour :koons:

This piano is beautiful - probably her best to be honest. It's definitely from the original jungle concept though, which is kinda cool.

What I would give to see the Chromatica Ball creative development up until the final version. I think there was definitely something else in the pipeline before Museum of Brutality.

Everyone keep saying the stage changed, but okay maybe the concept changed a little but the stage itself 100% matches the ticketmaster design that was already online a year before the tour started.

So it's not like she did a last minute change 2 weeks before starting the tour. Maybe there was an act that would have been inspired by a jungle theme or something, but the idea of the stage itself seems pretty final..

Only thing they probably added was the B stage in general.

Anyways, we will never know

But the piano definetly doesn't match the aesthetics of the stage..

Also look at the way the pipes are coming out of it at the bottom, it's way more "round" and organic while the stage is very geometrical and contains a lot of straight lines.. On the other side, it does contain a concrete platform, so probably she just changed direction a little

i actually think the piano looking organic totally fits into the final tour design. the entire stage was concrete, minimal and brutal but then you have this organic looking piece that looks like a growth

i think it represents her growing creativity and how it all stems from the piano is for sure intentional. it's like "in a world where everything is brutal, this spot is where my artistry can grow"

mother, what must i do?
