Some manufacturers in Europe especially high energy intensive ones such as smelters, aluminium producers, paper makers etc are being forced to slow and in some cases shut down production as electricity prices have gotten so high it has made their businesses unable to compete

Some manufacturers have also been announcing reductions in planned production in Europe and shifting production overseas to places such as the United States

This is not good for supply shortages and supply chain disruptions

We already got China still doing lockdowns forcing their factories to still shut down periodically and now Europe

This may explain why North American manufacturing has done better last few years tho relative to the rest of the world. Not as many supply chain disruptions as in Asia and no energy crisis like Europe

Let's not pretend the US has no hand in instigating this

Japan wouldn't have been bombed I suppose? They didn't give a sh!t about Europe and Europe survived the economic downfall of WW1 and WW2. Nobody helped us with that.

Europe will be just fine without Russia. The real losers are the middle eastern countries and Africa right now, let's be real.

So true.  I live in the US and it's sad what a mess it has been for several years now.

I live outside the space time continuum.
