Britney lets herself be vulnerable and cries in a recent clip of her dancing to a french song called SOS. Britney has always said dancing is her therapy and 'SOS' is a song that she often dances to on instagram, she danced to it a lot while fighting for her freedom. Her strength is insane, such a heart breaking video, however it's good she's letting it out

Britney also shared a post wishing her two sons a happy birthday. Britney revealed she believes her sons have blocked her and instagram is her only way to contact them.

I'm sorry but the 'fans' who want to 'justify' and 'yasss' away everything alarming surrounding her are enabling whatever is going on. 

No one can objectively look at what Britney shares and come to the conclusion that she's well.

This video is so sad. I am a huge Britney fan and I wish she'd get the help she needs on her own terms. But something is obviously stopping that from happening. We don't know what that is but something isn't right and I'll never stop believing that.

I think they're referring to the people that are saying somethings wrong in a more disrespectful manner.

She’s literally recently said she’s doing two types of therapy. Don’t come in and derail and arm chair diagnose her. She admits she’s traumatised, no need to hold the mentally ill stigma against her every opportunity you get.

This makes me sad but happy at the same time

Sometimes when I listen music I cried tho, and I'm not sad or something like that it's just the power of the music, the lyrics

It's like you're exploring your memory and crying, letting your emotions goes is a good thing

What makes me sad is to saw her crying listening this song cause I remember it's not the first time she listens to Indila, a french singer and maybe she translated the lyrics during the moment she was on conservatorship and because of her family didn't know what the song is about she was probably allowed to listen it but we can't be sure about that

She has struggled with so many things during the last 15 years ... She's free, she's happier than the last past years

It's some tears of joy and maybe trauma, time can heal a broken soul and we all know how much she was broken

Britney Spears is not sick y'all she's just human with emotion and she need to learn how the world works now she's free, it's like a new life, the rising of the Phoenix

Sure, maybe some things are "weird" but other people does things weirder than her and no one told them they're sick

To me she's like a child now who has to learn so many things because the conservatorship broke her in some ways

I’m sincerely worried about her. I won’t speak to her mental health (none of us should be given we’re not her doctors) but her presentation and use of social media has been manic like. Truly hope she has positive supports.

it's normal to cry, we don't see how often people cry everyday so it's easy to say "omg it's a breakdown!!"

giving what she's going through with her own children, i'd be crying all the time too

Im talking about people who say she "clearly needs the c-ship" and how people were "trying to help her" and other bullshit like that.

Of course she is not ok, who the hell would be ok after being practically isolated from society for 13 years, being manipulated, tortured and put down every ****ing day. She simply wants to express her feelings after being kept silent for so long and this is her way of doing it.

I have enormous respect for Britney for being so strong after everything she has gone through. What a powerful, beautiful, emotional dance routine! I can imagine that dancing can be very liberating for her. Something she enjoys doing and something that helps her in processing things.
