The irony is the Met Gala look you posted was paying homage to Gaga’s Fame/Monster era aesthetic - all the way down to the fishnets and boots. It's clear that there will always be people who get nostalgic and glorify old looks. But you can't deny that she still has a massive impact with her latest looks. I’m not implying some of her newer looks are not iconic, I’m saying for the majority of people who know her or of her ‘classic’ is used to describe her career aesthetic from 2008 till 2011.
