You can't recover from MS, she's probably doing this as last hurrah before she's gonna lose the ability to move forever. It also depends on how aggressive your particular kind of MS is progressing. Sometimes, it just halts for several years and sometimes there's perious of 3 weeks where you lose a lot of quality of live within the blink of an eye. The disease is extremely unpredictable. Source: me watching my uncle waste away with MS, to the point where he was bed-ridden 24/7 and had to be fed with a feeding tube to his stomach because MS destroyed the muscles of his esophagus that should pass down food to the stomach.
