Everyone involved in this case is a joke. The case was created by the same man who created Texas' bounty hunter abortion law, and the federal judge is sought after by republicans because he always makes partisan decisions  it will probably be overturned like most of his other rulings have been but time will tell

It's sadly consistent with the bad precedent that Hobby Lobby didn't have to pay for contraception for their employees, also mandated under the ACA.

As irrational as I consider these decisions to be, it may be that the only way around them is to get rid of the whole system of employer-paid health insurance. Which... we should do anyway, for multiple other reasons.
