I've been putting it off for so long because of the glitch @gagamonster152and @Juanlittlemmentioned but recently I finally found the fix for it. Anyways here's the full video: I desaturated the colors and deinterlaced just a tiny bit to preserve detail. Feel free to download, edit, and reupload the video. I don't have Topaz AI so hopefully someone else with the software can upscale the video and upload it to their own youtube channel. Spoiler Tip: you can use a free software called yt-dlp (formerly youtube-dl) to download videos off virtually any website that's not behind a paywall in the highest quality setting.
