Time is definitely a factor, imo, unless one is Adele or Taylor (who outsell everyone). In the age of streaming when everyone's sales is suffering, I absolutely think Interscope will be concerned....I mean even Bey-whose album did well-sold less than what a lot of people expected and BMS only topped the charts for a week. If she would have asked them to shut up you probably wouldn't even know she spent so much time recording the album Like we didn't know a bit she had recording /writing sessions in the middle of her preparing for ASIB filming / SB / Coachella in 2017. Far enough time for new music I was going to say another reason she'll probably drop an album/do a small tour or even film another movie in that 1.5 year time frame before Joker releases in late 2024 is children. She's talked in the media lately about wanting a kid, and she'll be around 38 when Joker releases...feels kind of weird/inappropriate discussing this but she's been open in the media about it....so she might want to get other projects done before Joker so she can have that time right after the release to have a kid. It's usually more difficult to get pregnant in one's late 30s, so I imagine she probably doesn't want to wait any longer than 37/38, even if as a celeb she can afford access to all the best fertility treatments, etc. That said, never say never..my aunt had a surprise kid at 45 lol. She will prob have more projects or mabye stand alone songs, or a featuring somewhere else for us. But LG7 is not arround the corner. Chromatica Era isnt even over...its only just ending also she wants to revamp vegas...has a lot to do with house labs, give our lady a break...we just got the top gun song. i mean, some of you little monster imagine LG7 + 8 and why not also LG9 in 2022. It is always a long process, and so far there has been no hint whatsoever that she has been working on new music.
