Yes, I think. I bought it in Chinatown, so it the actual fragrance could be knockoff, but the bottle, packaging, and color all look legit. I got it in 2013 and it still smells fine.

Now that I think about it, it's probably legit and was just stolen and resold to me. It sounds like a lot of trouble to go through making such a detailed decoy and getting the liquid color right just to sell it for $5 on the sidewalk.

As much as i love and miss this fragrance i would love for her to release a new perfume. It would be kind of refreshing

Never ever  I was too young to have that amount of money to buy perfumes, it even got pulled out from the stores that make really close versions and sell you different sizes of bottles and even soaps and lotions

I've been on the lookout on eBay for any cheap ones but they're so hard to come by these days

I still have a rather large bottle that's three quarters full that I bought back in 2017 sealed for $39. I also got a mini that I still have in the box once I saw the scarcity grow in 2019 because I loved the perfume so much!

I still wear it out clubbing and I wore it to TCB

I have about 1/4 a bottle left and I'm saving it even though it's probably expired  I got so many compliments on it, I miss wearing it! Although I actually liked the Eau de Gaga scent more, FAME was a whole ass pop culture moment

I still have mine from launch day, however the metal cap is kinda tarnished, even though it’s not metal. Idk how that happened tbh. But, it’s basically full, only used it like 5 times.

My mom "stole" my Le Masterpiece. She loved it since the smell kinda reminds her of a mild Alien by Mugler.

She still has it in her vanity but she doesn't use it anymore.

If I remember it correctly, this quote was twisted from the start. She actually said something like that she wanted it to smell as raw and pure and visceral etc. as blood and semen. Then the media went with "omg, it smells like blood and semen" or even worse "omg, it contains blood and semen".

Also I still have the body lotion that came with it, I've probably used it only once, the smell is fine for a perfume but way too strong for a lotion.

If you store your perfume in a cool, dry, dark place it can go on and on for YEARS and even not expire. The top notes may have become more volatile, that's about all. Now, if it eg. has been in sunlight and/or heat, it can turn sour etc. I often see fragrances in perfume stores where the colour has completely changed, because of the light and the heat of the TL lamps they're constantly under.

OT: I got about 8 (?) samples in Sephora when it was launched, still have 4 (I think) left. I've gotten more into perfume over the last years + I saw that FAME was getting more and more scarce and that its price was going up, so I had to have it as a collector's item. I bought a 50ml in 2018 from a discounter for about 58 euros. I only use it for special occasions, it's practically still full.

For those wanting to buy one, you have more chance to get a 'normal' price on your local second hand apps than on eBay. 

As for Eau de Gaga, I'm on my second bottle.
