They are finger printing all the documents LMAO , I keep seeing this on youtube comments:partysick:

Trump commented "It was a beautiful raid. Believe me. A PERFECT raid! You've never seen such a beautiful, bigly raid. An FBI agent came up to me, tears in his eyes and said, "Sir, it's been an honor."

I really find it hard to believe that they found anything in the search.

Trump is a former president, a very strong political figure with a lot of connections and influence.

He knew about the search days in advance.

There is also the option that everything is arranged to divert attention from inflation, waste of money and the overall situation in the USA.

There is absolutely zero chance whatsoever that the head of the FBI and the independent judges who are required to sign off on a raid were willing to be the first people in the history of the entire country to sign off on the raid of the residence of a former president unless they were 100% sure that they would find something worth finding.

That is not a snap decision, that is not something done in service of diverting someone’s attention. This has now set a precedent that every politician is susceptible to this, including Democrats. The Dems would not put that on the table unless they were absolutely sure they were following THE trail to the smoking gun.

I'm not defending him, nor do I have any reason to. I don't care at all.

But common sense makes me wonder.

Does someone really keep classified documents in the mansion? There are daily maids, security guards... Honestly, I still doubt that he is that stupid. But who knows...

It's been shown time and time again that he *is* that stupid. The thing is that we know he took the documents. The national archives asked for them back and while he returned some, they knew that there was still a LOT left. They asked again and even served him a subpoena and he still refused to do so, which is why they got a court issued warrant and raided his home. This is the result of over a year of legal action which has built up to this point where they felt forced to go this route.

This is not an issue of if he actually took the documents, they established a long time ago that he did. The question now is how serious it is.

Be it these or the ones about the age gap from when they met with Macmac that would have been concerned to not schock the public opinion. :ladyhaha:

I didn't say Trump didn't take the documents.

I doubt that he would keep them in his house, given the situation. A businessman with a multibillion-dollar empire and former US president can't be that stupid. That's the point.

I really hope this whole thing results in him not being allowed to run for president again.

I don't think it's a question of stupid or not stupid. Trump is a long way from being stupid in the basic IQ sense. As far as I know, he has a high IQ and would be in the top rather than the bottom half of that keague when it comes to American presidents. His behaviour is marked by brazenness, by lack of inhibition. 'I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn't lose any voters'. He is not afraid of authority. You or I, if we had taken classified documents, would be afraid of getting caught. He doesn't give a rat's ass.

So not a stupid man, an intelligent man, a confident man, but there is one key thing that overrides all other aspects of his persona : he is an absolute scumbag.
