Not at the time that I knew of but early on in your infection if can easily look like bug bites/pimples and he dealt with acne. Also, for me I thought some were bug bites because they itched like one. Some of the old pictures online around MPX lesions don’t look the way the current outbreak does. Pox were small thankfully and not visible, inside my mouth, but had to quarantine for 3 weeks (I live in Berlin, Germany) fever for 5 days and body aches were my main symptoms.
