Do you think she’ll release the Target version of Chromatica to streaming?

I want to listen to 1000 Doves piano version on Spotify. Do we have any idea how likely this is to happen? Has she released retailer-specific editions of her albums in the past?

Id say if it was going to happen, it would have happened within the first year of release. Similar to Lorde and Taylor’s delayed releases of their recent deluxe tracks.

Not Gaga related, but I know Lana released ‘Burning Desire’ ~8 years after her iTunes specific release contract happened. Maybe when the target contract for those exclusive songs expires Gaga will release them? So we are looking at maybe 2028? :laughga:

This is actually pretty much the case

If I remember correctly, Target Exclusive songs stay Target exclusives for around 2-5 years after release. This is why Ariana recently re-released Dangerous Woman on Spotify last year with Step On Up & Jason's Song! - that unfortunately means that Ari's team had to wait 5 years :poot:

So uh... 2025? :messga:

Yes, Target contracts end after like 1-2 years. Speak Now (Target/Deluxe) was exclusive from Oct 2010 - Jan 2012, and RED and 1989 were released about 1 and 1/2 years after the CD for Target came out as well.

Ariana released Dangerous Woman (Target) for the 5th anniversary of the album I believe, so I don't see why Gaga wouldn't release the Target Exclusive of the album on streaming, but also she didn't even perform an ARTPOP on TCB so I don't have any hopes :triggered:

Don’t think so again again isn’t on Spotify and that’s off the fame

This was a UK and Japanese exclusive track and I know for a fact it's on the UK version of Spotify cause when Brad Evans reacted to The Fame it was included in his reaction due to it being on Spotify (yes it's on UK Spotify and I would assume Apple Music UK)

Edit: It's not on the UK version of Apple Music
