It's 3-4 days of kinda feeling icky every 6 months (max, currently, until they can just mix it with the annual flu shot) to protect yourself and the people around you I mean, do what you want, I'm not debating it and I don't really care anymore, but the choice is painfully obvious to me and I have a reaction to the shot as well.
