Therefore I never been a fan of it as people use it as an excuse. And yes, I went to the local tropical institute to see a doctor in this matter who litetally told me this. But people are getting tested more than before for all STDs because they are on prep and so medical professionals have better data on STDs spreading. More testing for HIV lowers the risk.
