Secret Wars was always going to be the next Endgame. I imagine that's when we'll finally see the X-Men and when they'll be introduced (in The Kang Dynasty). Kang & Doctor Doom being the big bads makes perfect sense. This also means Wanda will be back for those two, and I imagine Secret Wars will open us up to her children coming back too. It started slow with Phase 1 moving into 3. Phase 4 established the Multiverse rules and Phase 5 will go from there. Remember we still have Fantastic Four and Xmen to be revealed. Multiverse introduction and mentions of incursions- leads to Secret Wars (aka the next Endgame), Kang established as a villain in Loki, Wanda disappearing and probably coming back with amnesia like in the comics, Ms Marvel introducing mutants finally. It's all planted like in Phase 1. things won't start tieing together until probably phase 6 anyway.
