The people who claim Gaga and her team shouldn't address this issue on social media seem to not understand that by continuing to like and tag Richy across social media platforms they actually are addressing this issue on social media, but in an unhelpful way.

It was only a month ago that Gaga's Mother, as the President of Gaga's foundation, gave an interview with Forbes Magazine about mental wellness in the workplace. She promoted a study conducted by the Born This Way Foundation which spoke about how employers can "retain talent" if they insure a healthy work environment.    Setting aside the ironic timing, the study by Gaga's foundation also said that "prioritizing employee mental health needs to come from all levels within a company" including by "senior leadership and executives."   

This situation requires private actions and public accountability, so that her foundation's core directive isn't delegitimized, and more importantly, so that the victim's have their stories validated. 

There are a lot of survivors of abuse on here, and we are watching and hoping that Gaga will do the right thing, and soon.

One of the comments said something interesting tho, she said that same type thing happened to her and when she contacted a lawyer they told her: "as long as hes being equally abusive with everyone, its not illegal. you could only sue if it was specifically directed towards you, then its discrimination"

Gaga as a survivor herself should address this right now. Tagging him and acting as nothing happened is starting to be so weird. You are an activist and you are keeping silence when almost all of your dance crew left? Wow somebody please explain this to me cause I don't get it

I don’t presume to judge anything in this social media sideshow. It is reported that allegations are under investigation, so I am content for the appropriate people to investigate and reach conclusions to be acted on as may be required, or not.

From my work experience, I know everyone is replaceable, always, and no one is entitled to anything. Excellence requires hard taskmasters, and disgruntled employees either quit or are fired. The precision of her current professional dancers is astounding to me.

To my mind, I will not allow this stuff to shade Gaga, or in any way her Chromatica Ball Tour success.

You know what's worse than an abusive person? An abusive person who shows zero remorse and acts as if nothing happened 

I understand that Gaga and her team are "dealing with the situation" right now. Fine. But I swear if she doesn't fire Richy's ass after TCB 

Also, even if it's not her tagging and liking Richy's posts, does her team not know about the allegations? Like, why aren't they trying to at least distance themselves from him?

If she doesn’t part ways with him once the tour is over, it’ll probably be the first time I’d be truly disappointed in her. Given her stance on mental health, kindness etc., I just don’t see how she can continue working with him knowing he’s abused her employees.

It’s a tricky one, as was Gordon Ramsay cancelled as he was mean to his staff or Abbie lee miller? Richy is known for his bitchy and cut throat style and the dancers who have left didn’t like it. Like someone above said, sounds like that he was rude to all of them, but that’s his ‘ Schtick’ to ‘get results’
