There will be Little Monsters who were initially drawn to Gaga after being bullied themselves, who may be legitimately disappointed in this development. It's not "theater." There isn't a single person comparing Gaga to JK Rowling or Kim Petras, or asking others to stop streaming her music, or accusing those attending her concert of supporting abuse. Bringing that into this thread is "theater." Right now it's important to support the victims, hold those in power accountable, and hope that it is resolved in a fair and fast way. Turning this into a drama isn't appropriate. It's not what Gaga would want.

Gaga likely isn't in charge of this, which is why she's been silent. I imagine there are many many discussions going on behind the scenes right now. He won't be staying but it can't be instant. Thank you this makes me feel a little better about it

Turning this into a drama isn't appropriate. It's not what Gaga would want. 1. I am a victim of abuse, both in and out of the workplace, and I am sensitive to what and how things can be triggering. That being said the definition of abuse here is unsafe work conditions and bullying/intimidation. There was one other type mentioned, but the person allegedly involved has asked no one to talk about it so it should remain off the table. I've said in other threads that people need to trust for now that something IS happening, and have explained repeatedly how complicated the process of removing a *high level employee* in the entertainment industry is. Expecting immediate, public action is unfair and ridiculous. 2. The JK Rowling/Kim Petras thing was a joke 3. You're right. I also support the victims, and I want Richy held accountable. I also wish people would trust something is happening instead of spiralling, speculating, and beginning the usual process of internet dramatics and pot stirring by claiming to sell tickets or unstanning because of this. There is ZERO chance of her keeping Richy on beyond whatever is currently required... if he's even still there.

Doroteyo 404
The 'abuse' seems a little vague...? I read the article and he does seem nasty like making fun of the girl's accent or not respecting their time / being difficult to work with, but I guess I am missing the larger point here... what constitutes his abuse that he's so unanimously hated by the dancers? Can someone explain?

We're all entitled to our opinions but the way some people here are demanding a statement, demanding swift and public action, saying they "feel" or "don't believe" that Gaga had no idea that this was all going on... it's insanity. I mean this respectfully and sincerely: the internet is not real. These are real people, and this is a very real issue of abuse in the workplace. The absolute LAST priority here is what her fanbase thinks. When other people are involved then yes she should have something to say. I've made my peace if gaga wants to give up on music and leave that's fine. But what's happening isn't an opinion piece for you to make, real people are coming out to talk about feeling unsafe in a work environment. Regardless if she sides with anyone or fires anyone, yes, she really should speak up and I'm tired pretending that it's okay for there to be this silence from her and/or her team. Argue with the wall Lmao they blocked my signature

Can someone explain? Overworking them, airing out personal secrets, disrespecting them verbally - essentially bullying them. Add all of this to the demands of being a dancer to one of the largest artists in the world, he is pretty much creating a toxic work environment that is not only draining them physically and emotionally but also leaving them with the feeling that they are helpless.
