honestly, i don't think it's going to be dealt with until after the tour both privately or publically

if his current contract ends with this tour, it's probs a lot easier for everybody to wait until then for a decision to renew him or let him go be made

Read the title of this thread again. She's thanking all the people who made this tour possible, and that man still did all the choreos. It's not like she's picking sides.

I don’t mind that tbh, and I don’t want this to go down further, but it’s a responsibility at this point. Not just because she’s Lady Gaga but she’s an employer. You just cannot be oblivious. There’s a proper way to handle things, and I’m sure she will.

This is an ODD question. But does the entertainment industry have an HR department that would investigate the allegations against Ricky?

 

I would assume in a normal organization, a formal HR investigation would be completed and if a sexual assault (or physical) could also involve law enforcement?

I would expect someone who posts about these allegations online for the World to see wouldn’t be afraid of telling the proper authorities.

I think she’s just giving credit where credit is due…but I wouldn’t be surprised if he’s on the way out after this tour is over. I’m on the belief that anything going on with his behavior is being handled privately.

On another note it’s nice she acknowledges her whole team on their hard work and dedication though  

I honestly think that at this point she is just ignoring all the evidences and keeping him on his team. Which is surprisingly sad to me knowing what she has gone through and what she has always stood for. I cant help but think of that Oscar performance of Till It Happens To You with the victims on stage. I really hope this will not make me question Gaga’s statements from now on. I am sorry but there is absolutely no excuse for him to still be there. If only they stepped back with him while investigations were going, but it seems he has never left

I don't want to assume nor speculate like you did two post above by saying she's protecing an abuser. IF that happens, than I'll make my considerations. 

But the difference between me and you, is that you already said she's protecting him so you've already condamned her, so just asking: why are you still here?
