I may be crazy for asking this; but does anyone feel like the squid hat with the leather one piece was a bit…strange for that segment of the show? After BTW, and before Shallow, we see an interlude that shows flowers, and nature. And then we see Gaga at a piano made of tree bark. Does anyone think maybe the original outfit somehow didn’t make it to the venue in time or was lost or something along those lines? I’m not sure myself and maybe I’m reaching but I feel like Gaga was upset at the start of Shallow like something didn’t go according to plan? Let me know what you think. I just think after BTW things just didn’t seem right at the show - especially the part with no rain during ROM and we’ve seen clear photos of the stage having some type of draining system. I feel like there was some unforeseen malfunctions and just stress in the show behind the scenes. Even in the live before the show Gaga seemed a bit off like she was stressed out or upset. She was probably exhausted from so many ballads and a lot more choreo. but the closing I feel is meant to be a lot more stadium like with the outfit, especially for hmh. Maybe they didn’t arrive in time, for ROM/SL she had the same leather leotard right, there was something off about it. Or maybe they ran out of time in the quick change? I’m super curious to see if there’s anything different between todays and the next coming shows, but I strongly, STRONGLY believe that squid hat wasn’t meant to be a thing. But we will see! It made no sense with the visuals just before she got on the piano. It is early on tho so I'm assuming soon we'll have some changes made to the setlist and a couple of outfits.
