It was ****ing amazing.

The brutalist stage, the interludes, the outfits. I did not watch the IG live beforehand but I did now and I can confirm that what she described the show as was exactly the energy that it gave. Manic yet resilient.

Guys she is at a top form, she just glows and looks super strong and balanced, it almost made me cry to see that after all she's been trough. Not that anything else was expected but the vocals were otherworldly, on a couple of occasions I was literally stunned with the things she was doing with her voice.

Some major negative feedback for the stadium though, this is the messiest concert I have ever been in terms of organisation.

Guys can somebody link me the tweets where

1. she replied to someone on twitter saying that the only way to overcome your nightmare is to keep going

2.  explanation why they covered the roof of the stadium. I remember reading that it is because of art of light or something.

thanks <3

It’s very confusing to me how she knows how many fans love ARTPOP and she couldn’t make room for even one song 💀 it’s like borderline sus tbh

6 studio albums, a soundtrack, multiple stand-alone singles and Little Monsters still expect every single, every fan-favourite, every deep cut and an unreleased track to be performed

No but we at least expect one song from each of the projects you mentioned. No songs from ARTPOP and only one from BTW is just a weird choice.

I am still shook to my core that she actually crossed through the crowd to go to stage B during Free Woman :bradley:

If you see me posting like crazy, I'm either bored or procrastinating.

I think some people are disappointed because Chromatica has had so many different concepts. An alien planet with tribes (SL), a dystopian future (ROM), a concept of it all being in her head (911), dancing through pain and hardship via dance (the tour). I wonder if the concept would have been more easily defined if COVID had not happened. The fanzine insert in the vinyl last year showed how far along they went with the planet concept by naming bays and geographic areas of a landmass. The idea of this album has never been clearly defined.

really disappointed she didnt perform all the Chromatica songs... her tours are KNOWN for singing almost every song of the album she's promoting. sad she cut them out

she sang the same amount of Chromatica songs here as she did from Joanne with the Joanne World Tour idk + you have so remember the piano eras exist too

Watching the videos of her performing was giving me an energy I haven’t seen from her when performing pop music in a very long time. It’s like she’s been awakened once again by pop music and is back to the woman we all fell in love with all those years ago. She truly belongs on the stage and I’m so excited to see what comes next for her musically.

In terms of the show itself: jaw-dropping. It was very unexpected to see this execution when comparing it to the OG Chromatica themes and motifs. However, for me it was everything I’ve ever needed from her. It’s her same weird self but all grown up. A maturity to the visuals, the looks, the overall performance. I cannot wait to see this in person.

She performed nine Joanne songs during the JWT, she performed nine Chromatica songs here. I don’t get the complaints that she paid the new album dust.

My notes from today:

- Replay and Babylon were highlights

- Probably the best she has sounded on Shallow live

- Top to bottom may be the best tour outfits, they look expensive (it’s hard to beat the iconic campy TMB outfits)

- body oddy oddy gaga
