Well,  the fact is that most of our 20th century icons weren't good people by 2022 standards. So, you have a LOT of legends and dead people to hold accountable anytime they're mentioned in conversations   Like Gaga's fave (and one of mine, also) David Bowie.

I mean you didn't just mention him, you called him a legend  I assumed you had no idea since most people don't seem to know about it (which is why I felt the need to respond). Also, to be fair, I don't think kidnapping and assaulting women would be considered good person behavior by 80s/90s standards either Not exactly a 2022-exclusive POV
