For those not in the know, he can’t actually afford to buy Twitter which is why he is backing out. All his money is tied up in Twitter stock which has been in free fall for a few months now. The money to buy Twitter could cripple Tesla. if anyone feels bad for him, over 4,000 Black Tesla employees are suing him in California for ramped racism within the company, including segregation.
