Thank you. Nothing is suspicious about the timing. Fans have been reaching out to dancers to see who's coming back. Montana chose to respond, probably figuring people would find out soon enough that she wasn't going to be there since the tour starts in less than a week. It's her right to disclose why she's not returning. In turn, her video prompted fans to reach out to other dancers, some of whom have also revealed they're not returning, etc. 

It's not like the dancers who aren't returning got together and made a coordinated effort to sabotage the tour a week before it kicks off.

Somebody posted a screenshot of a conversation they had with Michael  there was a thread here about GGD, but it was deleted since the screenshot was from a private conversation and posted without Michael's consent. Maybe it's on twitter. It is confirmed to be real  as far as I knew.

I wonder if this is why Gaga has been so quiet about the tour? Maybe, as some have already speculated, she wasn't aware of this situation getting to the point it is at right now until actual rehearsals started and everyone was in the room. Richy might've been given full autonomy over the casting for this tour and perhaps didn't tell Bobby (or Gaga) that so many regulars wouldn't be around to - I'm guessing - save face and give of the impression that he had everything under control. Then, when rehearsals kicked off, Gaga and Bobby had to confront Richy about the situation? All speculation but I'm trying to understand why else Richy would still be in post after years of abuse. The contract point can be discounted - anyone's contract can be terminated for abuse.

So this won’t affect the tour? Because if all these dancers have quit or haven’t been asked back months ago, then I’m assuming there’s a whole new team of dancers that were planned in the meantime.

When I first read the title I thought all these dancers just walked out last minute or something, but this just seems like more of an expose of the choreographer than about the tour itself thankfully.

well it's not 100% like this. people on another thread are urging to cover this and stop talking about it so gaga doesn't catch flack

So far as i understand,  no one is trying to cover this up, this thread has been open and we've been having  open conversations and that's a testament to that.

The problem is that some people are spreading falls narratives and we definitely don't want that to overshadow the real plight of the dancers because some "fans" want drama.

Hopefully this gets sorted out soon because it's turning into the Ellen Degeneres debacle. These things just can't be dealt with bts these days. The public always demands answers.

Those dancers weren’t  even in the room.For the record they’ve never been hired for The Chromatica ball.New ones were hired

Not for gross misconduct (which is what this would be).

They would most likely give him ‘enforced leave’ before contract termination tho to keep things ‘amicable’ incase of a court battle.

Only thing I can’t factor in here is publicity. Now this is out in the open, whatever Gaga and bobbys next steps will reflect heavily on them. I have no previous experience with that.

I think the confusion here is how long it’s been known. If her dancers raised this issue and it was ignored, to the point they all left, it would clearly implicate Gaga herself and Bobby by creating a toxic culture and protecting an abuser. (Doesn’t sound like her)

If she didn’t know, then she is finding out with us and we should allow 24 hours to see if any movement has taken place before raising all pitchforks.

The only reason this would go to court would be:

A: A dancer/whoever sued Ricky or Gaga (as a company).

B. After he is terminated following an internal investigation, he would file a lawsuit for unfair dismissal. (Very unlikely)

C. Gaga/team do an investigation, find no wrong doing and again, a dancer/whoever takes he to court to prove their allegations.
