Multiple members of Gaga's OG dance team quit

Im feeling reaaaaally sad now. And we are less than a week away from the start of the tour. My levels excitement went to the floor.

Would she realistically know they’ve quit though?  As far as I’m aware, she’s only got together with the dancers in the last couple of weeks, they quit before she probably even got to meet them again for the ball.  She doesn’t directly manage the individual dancers.

according to this 2021 article, it seems likely that Richy + others got her fired more than Gaga wanting to fire her herself... so I cant see this happening unfortunately

Asiel saddest. I don't wanna play the blame game, but this a strategic move from all the dancers involved. It is a statement. They feel Gaga didn't listen to them, or didn't want to hear about this. Now they are saying, well, we tried. Gonna be exciting to see if Gaga choses to fire Richy.

If I was a employer and 5 of my old employees would quit bc of one person, then I would have to think twice.

Well she’s not blind, also you guys claim she has such good relationships with them so obviously she knows.

No, she’s not, but people are assuming she’s got a running commentary of every name attached to the show… she won’t  And that’s others assuming that, we’ve all seen how one sided some of these relationships are with Gaga, she’s a star so of course people portray small interactions as huge relationships.

Richy is not worth Gaga getting sued for lmao. Better to just not renew the contract. Also, none of the accusers are blaming her here and that's probably because she's been doing the best she could (including probably addressing this).

No, these are some of her dancer's she's danced with, on every tour, since 2009. This is why Montana called Gaga her sister, bc they've bonded so much over the past 12=13 years

Stop the delusion, she’d obviously have got wind of the situation. Plus you’d question why people you’ve worked with for years aren’t there…

People are screaming ‘but they have a contract’, that may be the case but she’s Lady Gaga and this guy should listen if she said to be nicer to them, especially when you claim to be all about kindness. Im not bashing Gaga I’m just saying she obviously had an idea that something was up and even if for contractual reasons she couldn’t fire him you'd still do all you could so there was no toxic environment.

Then this whole thing is fishy.  If this is true, and Gaga is THAT close to these individual dancers then it’s weird there hasn’t been an intervention or Richie being fired.  The contract would cover bad behaviour allowing for an early termination.

I still doubt she can just say "Richy, you're out". It's a team built around her name but she doesn't pay their paychecks, the label or management does. It'd be a decision for them to make, not her.

Besides, I don't think we can fault her for anything. The dancers are making it very clear they don't have a single issue with Gaga  if she enabled him or whatever then they wouldn't be adding disclaimers about how much they love her personally

If they're not mad at her, the stans absolutely have no reason to be trying to shift any blame onto her. Not saying that's what you're doing but I've seen enough threads die to know that's where this is headed
