While unlikely, if this impacts the tour somehow due to scandal/PR (if it blows up. Like really really blows up) or the firing of Richy happens and they are not able to use the choreo (don't even know if Richy can legally "own" it, the label/Haus probably do I would assume?) then I 100% guarantee a majority will turn on the dancers

Basically they can fire him whenever and only owe his pay to date and transportation home. (I have the whole thing and would post a link to it if that's allowed, I'm not sure if sharing things from that leak is okay here) I wonder if he has singed any recent contracts or updated ones. If this one is from the artrave, he could have signed a new one for the Chomatica album cycle
Morphine Prince 105,404
I cannot believe some of y’all want victims of sexual assault and workplace abuse to be silent because of some perceived inconvenience to you attending this show. The tour is not getting cancelled. But you’ve shown your entertainment is more important than people’s lives. Sick.

She probably wouldn’t tour again, a third tour being cancelled would just be the final strike… I can’t see many fans wanting to buy tickets, pay for travel and accommodation etc if it happens for a third time

They accused me of hating Gaga for saying that we should make more noise to ensure that they fire him, sometimes companies or teams don’t fire abusers for whatever reason but if they feel some pressure from the fans or media they do it. From what I've seen all the contracted workers signed short, situationally-dependent contracts -- so like music videos, album promo, tours, events like the Super Bowl or Coachella etc all have their own contracts. Nobody has like a years long, blanket contract with her. But this is just an example of the employment language used in the past, and I honestly can't see why it would change. All the employees are at-will, and I can't imagine a legal team that would allow Richy to negotiate a contract where he couldn't be fired... would be pretty extraordinary

Yeah I hate her so much🙄 as if that matters in this situation. What I meant is that sometimes teams or companies do the right thing when they feel pressure from the public. Her team is probably handling the situation and will fire him but if they don’t I think we should do something(make more noise, create a #) its just my opinion, I really don’t care about reputations or my feelings about Gaga, what matters here are the abused dancers and that Richy shouldn’t be around the new ones. but again it hasn’t even be 24 hours, we’ll wait and see what happens. I would be shocked if Richy protected himself to the point where he could not be removed. He would most likely be compensated but I'd imagine a future without Richy is plausible. Simply put, the Haus is Gaga's company (mostly likely protected under some sort of liability blanket) so that just makes Richy another employee. If theres reason for removal im sure she has that power. Whether or not she exercises that power is up to her/her team

If within 24 hours we know nothing has changed, that is when potentially people should take action. Keeping abusers in places of power is common in business, and he holds a high authority that is clearly impacting staff (dancers in the case). If Gaga/Bobby do nothing, that is a choice they have made, but not one that needs to be respected. Lets wait and see, we may wake tomorrow with new information. Maybe, as some have already speculated, she wasn't aware of this situation getting to the point it is at right now until actual rehearsals started and everyone was in the room. Richy might've been given full autonomy over the casting for this tour and perhaps didn't tell Bobby (or Gaga) that so many regulars wouldn't be around to - I'm guessing - save face and give of the impression that he had everything under control. Then, when rehearsals kicked off, Gaga and Bobby had to confront Richy about the situation? All speculation but I'm trying to understand why else Richy would still be in post after years of abuse. The contract point can be discounted - anyone's contract can be terminated for abuse. How would she know? It sounds like her dancers NEVER filed a complaint with Gaga or Bobby after they were sexually assaulted?? Gaga could be SUED if one of her dancers (independent contractors) is injured at work, physically and/or sexually assaulted by a co-worker. Richy would be FIRED on the spot if multiple dancers accused him of sexual assault! He's not above the law. she/her/hers
