It takes courage for an abused person to speak up, it should be even harder for them since you know potential thousands of fans will get involved in the situation. Maybe they did speak up to their employer a year ago and they saw no result; then they decided to talk it publicly in a hope that it will create a change. You can't discredit or invalidate their experience just because of this. After all they are employees and they owe nothing to their employer anymore. But almost all the dancers that quit, were also the dancers from Enigma.. The situation escalated already before the chromatica ball rehearsals I assume (as none of them were involved in it anymore). So something must have happened during the Enigma shows.; They probably didn't want to replace every dancer in that show, so they just went with Jazz instead.
