I was in an abusive work environment and I quit after 2 years, not 13 lol. No amount of money was enough to stay. Plus jonny the bass player (her partner) said he only works for gaga because "it's a job, fam". So to me it seems like she's trying to oust Richie (rightly or wrongly so) for her own personal gain and used the other dancers as collateral. It's clear that she's the ringleader in all this. It's giving spoilt child who didn't get their way, tbh. But I'll stand corrected when these unsubstantiated reports of abuse are proven. Again, I feel for her with regards to the potential abuse but with the information we have right now it sounds more like she got too big for her boots too soon and it backfired. In terms of being the ringleader because shes the one fueling this by replying to monsters on twitter whereas other dancers tweeted something and then quickly deleted it. As we saw with Richie's Dr. Phil interview he has a very cut throat approach and seems to take no sh*t. He said if you can't do the job then there's 100 other people who will. So, her feelings are valid but to go on blast on social media and cause such a kerfuffle I feel like she shot herself in the foot. It seems she's currently promoting her own dance classes or something and that's cool but it just proves that she sees herself as Richie's equal; someone who can lead a team of dancers on a world tour. If the environment was so toxic why didn't she pursue a dancing career with another big touring star in a healthier environment? Because she sees herself as better than just a dancer now given her experience and wants to be the one calling the shots. Insubordinate disgruntled employees don't get tolerated for long hence why she's no longer touring with Gaga.
