Does he donate ? Does he take part in programs actively supporting the community ? I think its nice and stuff, I very much enjoy his music, but just waving around a pice of fabric doesnt really cut it for me anymore.

Why ? It was a simple question.
I can get behind straights who support the centers which help lgbtq+ communities, I get them when they use their platform to speak on problems for the community they try to show their support, when they do it  outside their own realms like dedicated concerts and so on. Thats a reason why we all have accepted Gaga as one of our own because she spoke out over and over on the most unconventional places and situations. 
So, does he do the same? I honestly dont know, thats why I was asking.
