Meadows saying that Trump agreed with the ones chanting for Mike Pence to be hung and refused to send the insurrectionists home because he thought they were doing nothing wrong, knowing they were armed to the teeth. On the other hand, it does suggest that he really wanted to be with the horde at the Capitol, rather than just cowardly leaving them to do his dirty work while he stayed safely away. If he'd had his way, it's more likely that his second impeachment would've succeeded and / or he'd have been criminally charged long since by now. (But I still say he will be.)
