Suddenly I can't stand this song for overtaking Kate Bush's spot :grr:

Soft, soothing, and succulent

Beyonce and Gaga in the top 5 together... in 2022. My 2012 self would be so happy to know this lol. BMS is the bop of the summer, HMH is the ballad of the summer :tony:

Yes if it's a Gaga song. No if it's anyone else.

Maybe not the best way to word it lol but I don’t care for the song either. I’m also just salty that the GP is going insane over Beyoncé/Drake house albums but paid dust to Chromatica, comparatively. Obviously it was a very different thing when Chromatica came out, but still…I wish they would go crazy over her stuff the way they used to, or at least went half as crazy as they are for Beyoncé and Drake’s albums :(

Beyonce is the most overrated singer ever I dare to say. I just do not get the hype.

I hear you, but you gotta understand that no one saw two major Black artists-- a rapper and a singer--releasing House albums this year. It's the unexpectedness that has people talking.

Chromatica was seen as a return to form for Gaga, not a change in direction. Gaga doing ASIB and being good at acting "normal" was actually the most revolutionary thing Gaga had done since the meat dress, because it subverted expectations.
