Like, it's a relaunch in one of (if not THE) biggest makeup retailer in North America, and all we're getting are instagram photos in front of a grey background, and an IG live? Like the random announcement that she would be at sephora in person was after hauslabs saying on Twitter she was going to be live on sephora Instagram and the whole thing was just a non-event?! Like why not announce it properly and make a big deal about it with new promo ads since this is the launch of your product on a huge scale? There is barley anything here or on Twitter or Instagram about this at all. Seems bizarre and very underwhelming honestly. EDIT: So they did do a live but it wasn't announced with a specific time either and apparently is happening now! I would have loved to watch it but hopefully its saved.
