It's like a series of bad career moves. She is racking up money but she is not building a legacy AT ALL. She will regret it 20 years from now when she looks back on her heydays. She might not really care about her 'legacy' though, she might be over that or already accepted the kind of artist she is perceived to be and is playing on that to get her money in. She probably cares about her legacy in terms of her child & financial future for them.
