I find it repulsive that Gaga always goes for the most centrist, establishment, “liberal” option of them all, e.g. Clinton, Biden, when great alternative politicians with full proof plans that have actual progressive values, like Bernie Sanders, are blindsided. Apparently they were friendly but that night when they were hanging out with friends, anytime Ryn would talk, Katy would ignore her and ask people if they heard something. Making mean jokes about her loud enough her Ryn to hear. She called her put on Twitter and then Katy vaguely posted a quote about "if friends can't take criticism, then they're your enemy." with a caption talking about having to smack people with love.... using bad AAVE because of course she did. And from what I remember, she posted the full story on tumblr and included more details including Katy saying to Ryn, "After this, we'll see if you hear yourself on the radio again." And that was Ryn's last release besides a demo that her label put out for Record Store Day 🙃 That last part I can't find so take the tumblr thing with a grain of salt.
