Sorry but yall were on a staged trash tv show. It's not that deep and you own no stake in it. The only one that should get some kind of recognition is legend Snookie!

As they should. They are the infamous casts that makes the show popular week after week a decade ago. I don't think it would got as big as we know today if even one of them is not part of the cast

I mean, some of y’all may not want to give credit where credit is due, but they kinda have a point. It’s them and their personalities that gave Jersey Shore the pop culture status that it has. I wonder how it’ll turn out.

I mean... I think this started as a trash reality tv show but the cast themselves really leaned into their audience and made something special. Think about the MILLIONS of other reality shows from that time that none of us can name a single cast member from and yet the whole cast of Jersey Shore is still recognizable, still relevant to a degree and still getting booked.

But this would apply to any show that’s rebooted. In general I hate reboots but to think that reboots shouldn’t happen because you were on the original is too much. Plus being on the reboot has its own challenges since they will be RELENTLESSLY compared to the original cast.

Sure their personalities made the show what it was but ultimately they were cast members, other people came up with the idea and made the show.

Bringing them back just wouldn't be the same, I doubt a bunch of rich 30-40 year olds with familys are going to bring the same messiness that made the original a success, so it makes sense to get a new cast.
