I get that she's not forcing anyone, and thankfully her ticket prices in Europe are much more reasonable and in some countries there's even social laws in place that prohibit such exorbitant pricing. Im grateful to no be living in NA but I pity those who are. In some cases it might even be cheaper to fly to Europe and buy a GC EE ticket here in euro's.

So you live in NA (where she will play 12 shows) and you're still complaining when fans from LATAM, Oceania and Africa won't even get a chance to see her live? :patrizia:

Pop Music

just want a reminder to put down in this thread which new stop you have gotten tickets for

I will not be combing through this thread to find which members reportedly got tickets already through comments, I would appreciate it if you would put down in this thread the shows you are attending so we can all create a good GGD environment at TCB

She's Gaga, not Dua Lipa, get used to it because the girl will only be playing stadium shows from now on (due to health conditions too).

lol your attitude towards people being concerned about money is odd. Saying things like "she's not pointing a gun at you to go".

Maybe some of us REALLY want to go, but can't financially afford prices like that. It's ignorant to assume that people complain about prices simply because they are high. $600 is a lot for some people.

So don't go and watch it on youtube like everyone who doesn't want to go or won't be able to go, you won't die if you don't go to a Gaga concert

Imagine not going to Down Under even after ASIB spent 11 weeks at #1 in Australia and 16 weeks at #1 in New Zealand (breaking Ed Sheeran's Divide record there). Also, Chromatica was also #1 in both countries and it's in Australia that Hold My Hand has its highest peak on official charts so far (#36).

Her team clearly doesn't know where her demand is :awkney:

LITERALLY this.

ASIB, ROM, and Shallow all missed #1 in the Netherlands and they got a date

Some say they can only book dates where they can get local sponsorship to share the costs but I doubt that any company in Australia and NZ ain't interested in bringing Gaga shows there 8 years after the last time she landed there

Her team is a mess and a half :yennefer:

World tour in their head: NA, Europe and (maybe) Japan. I blame Bobby because when Gaga was managed by Troy she really did a world tour, pleasing all her fans around the world and not just the same countries again and again :yennefer:

In 2017 she still hadn't won an Oscar, she had 6 Grammys instead of the 12 she has now, she still hadn't been nominated for Best Actress at the Oscars, ASIB and its singles hadn't been released yet, nor Chromatica and its singles, Love For Sale, House of Gucci etc… She hadn't yet become a Vegas legend with one of the biggest residences in the city's history and so on.

Be grateful for that price as in the near future her tickets will be as expensive as the Rolling Stones' concert tickets.

You're a fan of the greatest artist of the century, not some basic hoe so get used to it. :hor:

If you want to pay a bargain for concert tickets you can watch an Ed Sheeran or Coldplay concert, just don't expect a real show like only Gaga can pull off. :classy:

Exactly, I won't die if I don't go to a Gaga concert, but you didn't get the point. Gaga will be playing shows where people who are complaining about ticket prices live, it's not like they have to pay plane tickets to see Gaga, they just have to drive for a few hours and that's if she's not performing in the same city where these people reside, which is way different from living on continents where Gaga has not yet announced shows or will not.

Some of you complain with a full belly. :yennefer:

Alfonso

mess with everything turning into a drama, can we try and keep it decent? :emma:

like a lot of people have said, prices aren't usually being put by artist, which results in situations like this..

The ticket prices are high (mostly the packages) but it's a stadium tour, so, besides from it being a bigger and therefore more expensive production to put on than an arena one (and this goes for every artist in the world) it will 99% of the time end up being pricier for the fans, even more if you consider the demand there is for a gaga tour (after vegas and covid), so this was expected.

What is wrong in this situation? Ticketmaster and the whole platinum business that's going on in NA. Now, that's what I call insane. This doesn't just affect gaga and her fans, but every major artist and fandom using the platform (personally speaking, it's the same thing or worse with Taylor latests tours) Sadly, there's almost no way to stop it from happening, unless the customers go against it or the law stops it. Also, they might have the "normal priced" tickets available for sale, but how many and for how long? because they end up being almost impossible to get (between resellers and the demand system)

You can easily see this by looking at the European legs of most tours (they have a fixed range of prices and the platforms have to act according to the market and its laws). So yeah, its way better to go over there and see the show, as what you pay is what you get vs you pay and hope to get the best you can.

Stop attacking fans that can't afford the tickets, I don't know if you have noticed but we are in a FAN FORUM, so, everyone would obviously love to see gaga live, I mean, it's logical.. and yes, you might be able to spend your money and get tickets but not everyone can. Not only are the prices super high this time (already considering what was mentioned before) she's not going to a lot of places, and that's more expenses for fans.

Lastly, I will say that in general, gaga/her team should be more prepared and fix their communication issues, because most of the time it becomes frustrating (I don't know why we can't get something like Taylor Nation tbh). I know the entertainment industry has a lot going on backstage and that nothing is how we think it s, but a lot of the disappointment could've been avoided by simply communicating.

Why can't they release official statements, make a press conference, answer questions, or even kindly address a situation? (again generally speaking) Even Taylor has done it (who was almost impossible to get to South America; was supposed to do it pre covid and somehow addressed it when she couldn't)

Now that the tour will be happening (thankfully) they could tell us if more dates are coming or not, if they're trying to go somewhere or not, and so (I think it's not about the details but the intentions). You can't tell me that gaga hasn't demand here in Latin America or in Oceania for example.. almost everyone is coming / going to those markets these days, and they're even announcing dates a year or more in advance, so if the date is closer it should be easier for them to announce it, right? (if they are worried about what could happen long term)
