Especially during these times, where recessions happen. I am sure the cost of producing the tour per show also got much higher because of that. If people don't want to compare prices, then wages should be raised as well. Pretty soon the regular person is going to be priced out of doing anything. Based on pics of past shows that venue likes to place a mix booth that’s pretty tall and can block the view for people behind it. She can easily sell out multiple shows in Brazil alone. Selling out stadiums in brazil or latin america in general is hard unless youre a veteran rock band or smth basic like coldplay or ed sheeran. Plus the economy here is in real trouble and the price to ship everything is expensive for a show that, even if with a big crowd, might just have the same gross as an underwhelming Hershey or Arlington date. 1 Dollar is currently worth 5 Reais (our currency), so youd have to be pretty secure of a hit to bring a show this big here. Yep it would seem that they really just sold out immediately at the other dates. Honestly flying would be just as expensive (especially these days) as driving if I factor in having to Uber/public transpo everywhere once I fly into Philly/newark/Harrisburg (?) since Hershey isn’t in a major city.
