It's always the same, Holland and Belgium give eachother 12 points, Cyprus and Greece, and then you have the Former Yoguslavian countries, and then you have the east-european countries which are the majority. Rules have changed. There are juries now, which gives 50% of the points. And ... 2009 : Norway 2010 : Germany 2011 : Azerbaijan 2012 : Sweden The results have been rebalanced and the recent winners have been supported by all the countries.
