Oh and I want to add something. To say that UK has the most talented artists in history is pretty selfish and silly ;)

And true.

And true.

No,it's truly false :awkney:

Britain does not have the most talented musicians. Neither does have any other country.

I can't stand this contest, back home in England it's hated by the public and I don't understand why we participate in it. It's obvious that the votes are based on politics and not on the acts representing their countries. It's an insult when we've had the most talented artists in history and continue to produce great music, but don't receive the recognition and votes.

lol UK sucks in this contest the past decade. :ohwell: sure its some neighbour voting and political voting but in the end its always the song that gets most points from all the countries that wins

Remember that you are unique. Like everyone else.

But you can't deny that there are more well-known and really talented artists from Great Britain than any other part of Europe through the history.

Just think about the Beatles or the Rolling Stones.

Or Madonna :troll:

And it's not enough to send "celebrities". It's not really the essence of the Eurovision tbh. People want fresh and new singers. They want to discover and enjoy new music. If you're a small country, you also have chances to win. It's not just about money and power. That's the point and that's what makes the contest interesting.

Btw, they changed the way every country gives points and the public only counts for 50% of the results.

I don't know but it reminds me of a stripped-down version of Loreen, I guess that's why I like it

This is unfair :fthis:

But I like the song :flop: and usually favorites don't win the contest thought. Except last year.

Does anybody remember that in 2011 nobody thought Azerbaijan would win (and they did).
