Can't see a good reason for Sam to gain anything from a prenup It’s all hypothetical, everything needs to be estimated. It’s like when you get hired at a job, you still read the “what ifs” if you quit or get fired. That’s what I’d do for everywhere I worked

Please educate me, sistren From what I've gathered, I think one of the perspectives of pre-nups, alimony, etc. is that the longer you're together with someone, the more your life intertwines and the lines blur on who has contributed what to the success they experience, and a spouse that makes less money becomes used to relying on the type of lifestyle they have in the marriage. That would be my guess as to why his lawyer might request an increasing share over time. This also might mean that he could be entitled to very little (or even nothing) at the beginning of the marriage, so he couldnt just marry her and then try to take half her fortune after 6 months. Even if this source is accurate, I think Sam's probably just taking guidance from his lawyer and the lawyers are trying to hash out the details in a way that feels fair to everyone. A pre-nup will be a lot more to protect Britney than it will be to benefit Sam, assuming she has good representation. This just feels like a shameless attempt at a headline to me. Educate me, sistren The increase is common due to “accustomed living” which happens to even non-celebrities. You get accustomed to a certain way of live, and if you get divorced, it’s technically like an alimony kinda thing. the increase can happen bc of how long someone is with someone, the age of their kids more than likely between Sam and Britney, and just overall inflation as well. I’m 5 years 10k today will not be the same thing, however minor the difference is

You do know there are always financial arrangements to be discussed when rich people get married? This is completely normal thank u. literally almost every celeb couple has/have had something like this. to name a few: beyonce and jay z, brad and angelina, kim and kanye, nicole kidman and keith urban this is standard for celebs and mostly benefits both parties
