To my knowledge, you don't have to use multiple pronouns, at least I don't with my non-binary/trans friends.

I’m not 100% sure what you’re asking in the latter part of your post but I’ll address the first question.

As another used pointed out in this thread, gender is pretty fluid.  Throughout development, we see children play with toys you wouldn’t assume is for “their gender” or dress up as the opposite gender, it’s how they learn.  It’s adults that get hung up on labelling what falls into each category.  My point is, putting yourself in a box and saying “I’m this gender because I’m a girl that likes some typically boyish things” is making gender more rigid than it is and how it should not be treated.  You’re more or less upholding stereotypes and adhering to the exact construct you’re complaining about.

I think using both is like, you get a gold star ⭐. I've never been called out by my friends for not doing that, and they both use various pronouns.
