It was also for a musical - so the song literally being a major part of the movie itself helped. Not saying the song won’t be a huge smash, just keep expectations realistic. I was expecting a ballad a la Is that Alright given the lyrics she posted or maybe something similar to Shallow or Easy On Me. But Bloodpop behind behind it makes me think it could somehow be more pop? Idk I'm just happy that we're getting new music, but I'd prefer a more classic and epic ballad like the first songs I pointed out. I also don't really think that they'll push it that hard chart wise given the Tuesday release, even though it might be because of the premiere thing on Wednesday. On the other hand, she's been a lot more active only so we might get surprised, who knows. trust is like a mirror, you can fix it if it's broken but you can still see the crack in that ************s reflection.
