Jarvin 1,389
It seems as if her break from Vegas and performing has allowed her vocals to get back in legendary shape. What do you think monsters? Is the best yet to come? Will she only get better?
FameMonster01 7,071
I don't get why people think she was ever in a vocal decline? Her voice was just a bit rusty after not doing jazz for a couple of years, but she is still literally the best pop singer of her generation, vocal wise

If you check her Shallow and You and I performance for Biden and most of the jazz shows you can hear her straining on many notes. She dodged some notes or chose to cut them off early. Now she is able to sings the songs just as she did before. It was probably due to recording Chromatica, smoking and performing loads of Vegas shows. You can clearly hear the difference! It's normal. We are just back her voice got better.
Wet Fire 7,591
She's very dedicated to her craft and takes preparations seriously unlike many singers who take their talent for granted and decline in terms of quality. Gaga will always bounce back into full form, even better, with her hard work.
ARTGOD 3,266
I think we can have an honest conversation without people getting heated. Her voice has been more inconsistent and more strained in the last couple years, but that doesn’t indicate a vocal decline, at least not a permanent one. The voice is a living thing, if you don’t practice, if you are stressed, if you don’t sleep well, if you eat unhealthily, it won’t perform at its best. I don’t hear any permanent damage in her voice, I’m hearing some odd vocal habits and a lack of practice. All that means is that she’s a bit dodgy at times. Sometimes she sounds just as good as she did in 2014, but sometimes she’s pitchy and strained. It’s nothing that can’t be worked out. We can talk about the state of her voice since 2017 without feeding the narrative about a “vocal decline” OGHs are trying to push.
